Following trails in Meteora that lead us to the most captivating locations that give you the opportunity to photograph the stunning landscape and architecture of the monasteries. We will view the monasteries and suspended, eternal rocks from unique points with unobstructed views. While not the only way to explore and photograph Meteora, this option will give you the opportunity to get to know the natural beauty of this breathtaking landscape.

We have walked and photographed every corner of Meteora for the last 30 years, making us experienced and knowledgeable about where we will take you to get the best shots. We ensure that only people who know the area well can help you see this side of Meteora and the surrounding area.  Tour details

  • Who:For anyone with a passion for travel and photography who wants a private, hands on experience while hiking through the stunning Meteora landscape.
  • Time and Duration of Tour: Approximately 4 hours. The path that we follow is flexible and tailored to your preference. The schedule is based on the duration of time we stop for photographing the points that we consider best. We will start in the morning at about 9:00 or 10:00 am, depending on the time of year.
  • Group Size:Our Hiking Meteora Photo Tours are scheduled with a minimum of 1 people and up to a 4 person maximum.
  • Cost: €99 for 1 participant | €169 for 2 participants | €229 for 3 participants | €259 for 4 participants
  • Meeting Point:  We will meet at your hotel. We will visit our points of interest and then return back to your base, either to the city of Kalambaka or the village of Kastraki.
  • Experience & Difficulty: From Beginner to Pro Photographers. Hiking tour with easy trails with medium elevation changes along the trail. We will choose the trail based on your preference. 
  • Time of Year: The Meteora Hiking Photo Tour is held every day throughout the year in Meteora, Greece.
  • Your Guide: Tour is led by Christos the professional photographer and Konstantina ,Meteora locals, with discussions and tips on composition, different angles, technical aspects and everyday usage of your camera and some historical things about the area of Meteora.
  • Other Things Provided: Snacks and water will be provided. We will also give you a small gift to remember Meteora by.


  • *It is not necessary, but it will be good to bring a tripod, or ask us to bring one for you! If you need any help for backpaking gear let us know.

    *Don’t have a professional camera? Don’t worry. We are able to teach you tips and tricks on your compact camera and smartphone too.

    *Wear suitable shoes for hiking and bring a small backpack.
